MiMo

Born in 1968, MiMo started his creative career around 1993 working as a freelance photographer mainly in journalism and fashion photography. The switch to painting came in 2oo2, after MiMo had been working several years in webdesign.
In 2oo5 MiMo made his first exhibitions, opened Atelier MiMo in the beginning of 2oo6 in Randers, Denmark, followed by Gallery MiRo. In 2oo7 Atelier MiMo moved to Kiel, Germany, working mainly on commissioned painting and illustration.

я начала интересоваться фотографией в восемь лет: именно тогда я впервые нашла фотоаппарат моих родителей. когда их не было дома, я без спроса брала его, ходила с ним по дому и представляла, что я фотограф, работающий для модного журнала.
потом мечта стать фотографом забылась почти на десять лет! потому что повторно взяла фотоаппарат в руки я только в 17 лет, когда родители подарили мне на день рожденья полупрофессиональную фотокамеру pentax k10d. с тех пор я с ним не расстаюсь :)
